	<strong>Reporting and principal responsibility</strong></p>
<p>
	The principal responsibility of the Senior Administrator is to administer a diverse portfolio of clients with minimal supervision and be responsible for the work of trainee administrators. The next career step, after acquiring the necessary technical and soft skills, is promotion to management as a Supervisor or specialise as a technician.</p>

	<strong>Key tasks</strong></p>
<p>
	Responsible for the day to day administration of a complex client portfolio including proactive management of client and intermediary relationships</p>

	Responsible for the quality of the work of trainee administrators</p>
