Our registration process is simple. Either register online (below); apply online for a specific vacancy; email your CV to our general email address recruitment@searchandselect.com or call our general number 01624 678144 and speak with one of the team.

We start by reviewing your CV. We spend time to consider your skills, experience and level to ensure the best placed consultant contacts you to invite you along for a registration interview; a 50 minute chat to discuss your experience, your aspirations and employment needs. During this initial meeting we also offer advice and assistance relating to the current employment market, interviews and CV information, where necessary. From this quality time with one of our professional consultants we will formally register you and actively work to source employment based upon the details discussed.

In return, we ask only for candidate commitment (ensuring the relationship between candidate and consultant works well) and documents to confirm identification, address, qualifications, education & employment:

• Passport
• Drivers Licence (plastic & paper)
• Utility bill (gas, electricity, satellite TV, internet, landline tel) or a Credit Card (Not Bank) statement (less than 3 months old)
• T21 or Payslips or Employment Contract to confirm your current or past employment (for the past 3 months)
  (If unemployed – a Letter from Government confirming Jobseekers allowance)
  (If in Education – a Letter from your University/College)
  (If you have been traveling – a bank statement showing foreign transactions or travel itinerary)
  (If you have been unwell – medical certificate)
  
• All Certificates for all qualifications
