From my first point of contact with Search and Select I found them inexhaustably helpful, efficient and professional - the initial interview was thorough and expanded even my own horizons; I left that day with a renewed excitement at the prospect of the jobsearch, which they went on to do with veritable aplomb. Over the course of the week, I honestly felt as though I must be the only client they had (which certainly was not the case), as I was suddenly inundated with requests for interviews and job offers - I would almost recommend S&S even if you aren't seeking employment, purely for the ego boost - and by the end of the week had found a position which seemed ideal. Similarly, the 'direct' approach to CV distribution often fails long before the CV (or applicant) gets to its intended recipient without internal contacts (I myself later received requests for interview, via Search and Select, from companies I had myself applied to in person without result).
